A beautiful and delicious strain related to Red Russian. Red stems and red-blushed leaves (with more pronounced colour in cold-weather). Their broad ruffled leaves are easy to work with in the kitchen, and the stems are seldom tough. Very hardy and holds up well into cold weather.
